How Your Data is Used
When you add a data source, Telumin processes it so your agents can understand and search through the content. Here's what happens:

Encrypted at Rest & Transit
All data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption when stored, and TLS 1.3 when transmitted.
Isolated Per Account
Your data is completely isolated from other users. No data is ever shared or mixed between accounts.
You Control Access
Only the agents you explicitly authorize can access your data sources. Revoke access anytime.
Delete Anytime
Remove your data instantly with permanent deletion. We don't keep copies after you delete.

Common Questions
Can I delete my data at any time?
Yes. You have full control over your data. Delete individual files, entire data sources, or your whole account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
Who can see my uploaded files?
Only you and the agents you explicitly authorize. Your data is never visible to Telumin staff unless you request support and grant temporary access.
What file types are supported?
We support common document formats including PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, JSON, and plain text. More formats are being added regularly.

Storage limits depend on your plan. Check our pricing page for details on file sizes and total storage included with each plan.
