Quickstart Guide
Open the workbook, add your holdings and theses, import to Terminal, and turn on the protect loop.
Before you start
- 3–5 tickers you hold + a one-paragraph thesis for each (why you own it)
- Quantities and average cost (optional — the workbook works with symbols only)
- A Telumin Plus subscription if you want the always-on protect loop
Open the free workbook
Go to telumin.com. The workbook opens in your browser — no account, no installation. Your data never leaves your browser at this stage.
- Holdings — add tickers, quantities, and cost basis
- Live prices — P&L, XIRR, and position metrics update in real time
- Threat headlines — entity, category, and severity visible on the free tier
Write a thesis for each position
In the Diary, write one paragraph per position: why you bought it, what must remain true for you to hold, and what would make you sell.
Thesis (one paragraph)
Why you believe this position will work, in plain English.
Break-conditions
The 1–3 measurable conditions that must remain true. When they break, the thesis drift sweep flags it.
Invalidation trigger
The specific event that would make you re-evaluate. Declared explicitly so the engine can watch for it.
Reason (one line)
The short version. AI can structure this into a full watched thesis for 1 credit.
Import to Telumin Plus
Click Open in Cloud. This carries your positions, diary, and cashflows to app.telumin.com. Nothing else syncs. You can export or delete everything in one click at any time.
What syncs on import
Activate the protect loop
In Telumin Plus, go to Settings → Protect loop and enable the watch. The engine runs every 5 minutes: SEC filings, fundamentals, news, price data, and social signals. Three model roles debate every candidate — Advocate argues it, Skeptic attacks it, Adjudicator rules. Only material signals clear the bar.
What the protect loop watches
Connect Claude (optional)
Go to Settings → MCP and copy the connection URL. Paste it into Claude.ai under Connected apps. Claude can then answer questions about your real holdings, real signals, and the methodology behind them. Analyses save back to Telumin with an evidence snapshot, shareable by link.
Your protect loop is live
The threat engine is now watching your holdings around the clock. It watches. You decide.
